Subscription fees are automatically billed on a monthly or annual basis, coinciding with your start date or renewal date.

3.2. Refund Policy

We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you will receive a full refund of your payment made within the first 14 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

Due to our "Zero-Knowledge" architecture, Zagsendos is responsible for the encryption of your content. However, we cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from network outages, unauthorized recipient access, or end-user error.
